DAY 1-
Watch out for South America, the level of competition is ever improving amongst the South American Countries. Yes, I know, you may be asking"South American Games, don´t you mean PAN AM games?". Nope. The weightlifting competittion at this meet seemed as competitive as the PAn AM Champs last year in Chicago IL.
On positive note, the bar keeps raising, and we'll have to keep lifting more weight in the USAW (myself included).
